Following Husnara’s successful careers as a magic circle lawyer and legal journalist, she launched her own consultancy in early 2013 and now focuses on career coaching and business skills training. Regarding the latter, she regularly hosts / facilitates webinars, podcasts and in-person workshops on all manner of topics for aspiring and fully qualified lawyers. She is an engaging and confident presenter with endless anecdotes and impactful stories that audiences can instantly relate to. As a Bangladeshi woman and wheelchair user, along with being the first person in her family to go to university, Husnara has long been an influential and positive role model for lawyers from disadvantaged or minority backgrounds. A genuine champion and ally, she is a huge advocate for boosting diversity in the legal profession and also known for openly speaking out about how she overcame negative lived experiences of practicing as a City lawyer, including issues like imposter syndrome, perfectionism and ‘fitting in’ at work.

Josephine Kenny is the Director of Client Value & Innovation at Litera, where she leads strategic initiatives to help law firms optimize transactional workflows through cutting-edge legal technology. A former M&A lawyer at Shearman & Sterling, Josephine advised on a wide range of corporate matters, focusing on private M&A, private equity, and private funds.

She joined Kira Systems (the first and leading AI contract review platform) in 2021 just before its acquisition by Litera, serving as a product and subject matter expert. Today, she continues to advise firms globally on how to integrate AI-powered tools like Kira, Litera One and agentic AI tool, Lito, into their workflows. She is a frequent speaker on the role of generative AI in legal due diligence and deal management.

Mary is the Head of Responsible Business at Addleshaw Goddard, leading a team with a portfolio of responsibilities including diversity, equity and inclusion, CSR, pro bono and wellbeing. Mary has worked in the legal sector for over 20 years, initially as a real estate lawyer, before moving into Human Resources a few years later. Mary has a Masters in Human Resource Management and she is a co-founder and Chair of the award-winning Mindful Business Charter. In 2022 Mary completed a course on Business Sustainability Management with the Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership and in 2023 she was asked to take on responsibility for leading Addleshaw Goddard's ESG strategy.
