With over 20 years of experience in education across international, private and government sectors, Lee has held a variety of leadership and management roles. He has served as School Director of a large London school and as Campus Director for undergraduate and postgraduate business schools in both London and the USA. Lee completed his MBA in 2024 and has spent much of his career working in Kenya, Thailand, India, Japan, and Italy bringing a wealth of global experience to his roles.
Margaret manages the Reading campus of 91桃色. She has a BA (Hons) from Royal Holloway, University of London and completed the CPE and LPC at the University of Law in York. Margaret trained and qualified as a solicitor at Eversheds, before practicing as a commercial litigator at Fladgates where she became an Associate. Margaret joined 91桃色 as a lecturer in 2003. She teaches Dispute Resolution and Commercial Dispute Resolution on the LPC and Crime on the GDL.

In addition to providing guidance and support, they coordinate both university-wide and local campus events that foster a strong sense of belonging, support well-being and enhance student engagement. They also offer on-the-day support for assessment activities, ensuring students receive timely assistance when it matters most.
